Sandy is a multi-faceted creative-preneur with over two decades of experience helping organizations build brands, develop leaders, and unlock growth.
Throughout her career, she has worked with some of the world's most recognized companies, including Unilever, Coca-Cola, Mercedes-Benz, Roche, Bayer, and Majid Al Futtaim, as well as transformative initiatives and institutions across the Middle East, including NEOM, the Saudi Tourism Authority, Savola, and PIF.
As Founder and CEO of HeartfulBrands, Sandy helps organizations grow from the inside out. Her work sits at the intersection of brand strategy, marketing excellence, leadership development, and capability building, helping companies strengthen both their brands and the people behind them.
Known for her ability to combine commercial rigor with human insight, Sandy has designed and delivered learning journeys, executive workshops, and transformation programs for thousands of marketers, leaders, and business professionals across Europe and the MENAT region.
Born into advertising, with family roots in one of Turkey's first agencies, Sandy studied Marketing and Psychology in Geneva and speaks Turkish, English, and French fluently.
Today, Sandy also serves on the MMA MENA Advisory Board, is a sought-after international keynote speaker, and regularly contributes to industry conversations on brand growth, marketing excellence, creativity, and human-centered leadership. She has served on the juries of leading industry awards, including Euro Effies, Athar Festival, and Expo 2030.
Outside of work, Sandy is a conceptual ceramic artist whose practice explores themes of optimism, identity, and human connection. She lives between Istanbul, Bodrum, and Madrid with her family and remains endlessly curious about people, ideas, and what makes brands truly matter.
